Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, sent incorrectly or not suitable for use we offer a return/ refund within ten days of you receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted of products that have not been opened, used and in its original packaging.

Should you wish to return a product under any of the above conditions please email info@greatskin.ie with your name , address, contact number, order number and reason for return and we will send a returns authorisation form which should be included.Items returned without a pre authorised returns form will not be refunded.

Returns should be sent by tracked post or courier .Refunds/Replacements will be issued to card used at time of purchase and subject to condition of goods as listed above.

Products requiring consultation.

Certain Brands can not be sold online without a prior skin consultation. If you have not purchased Alumier products from our site before please submit a contact form (click here) and we will email you a skin consultation form. On receipt of this one of our skincare experts will review and release/ request further information.

Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours of receipt.

International  shipping is available subject to rates and may be subject to customs charges in certain countries.
